Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the products you purchase. If you need to return the item for any reason, please follow the following return guidelines:
Return conditions
Return deadline: You can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
Item status: Returned items must be in their original condition, with straps and other accessories intact and undamaged. It has not been worn, modified or damaged, and has no hair, perfume smell and other stains.
Customized orders: Customized or personalized products do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Return address: Please contact customer service before returning to obtain the correct return address.
Products with quality issues: If the product has quality issues, please provide original package photos within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund processing: We will refund the returned item to your original payment account within 7-14 working days after receiving it. The usual time for the refund to arrive is 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.
Other return instructions
Multiple item orders: Once an order is placed for multiple items, it is considered that all items are required and returns are not accepted.
Final sale item: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Transportation damage: If the product is damaged during transportation, please submit proof of damage and we will assist you in returning or refunding.
Color difference: Due to lighting or screen differences, there may be slight color differences between the product and the picture, which cannot be used as a basis for return.
Exchange policy: We currently do not provide exchange services. If you need to exchange, you need to return the original product and place a new order.
Cancel Order: The order is currently being processed. You can cancel the order, but 15% of the material and labor costs will be deducted; Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
